Water Cooling Systems

Our standard water to water recirculation system / pumping skid is sized for your application with the following features:

• Cooling capacity & water flow rated for your application
• Non-ferrous close-coupled pump with high efficiency electric motor.
• Stainless steel plate & frame heat exchanger.
• Nema 12 electrical starter enclosure.
• Typical power required is 480 V, 3 f, 60 Hz
• Non-ferrous reservoir & piping.
• Mounted on common water system base.

Optional dual pump systems are available

Optional stainless steel water holding tanks

Plate & frame heat exchangers are used as standard to allow for future expansion (adding more transfer plates) and periodic cleaning to maintain heat transfer characteristics over time.

Optional bag filter systems can be used in lieu of our standard Y strainer. Used primarily with quench pumping skids.
