Graphite Coating System provide 1.5 – 2 mil average coating with the following features:

Built on common base.
Easy to use controls mounted in NEMA 12 enclosure
Pneumatic controls mounted on a separate panel.
Quick change mounting of induction coil assembly.
Graphite coating ring has been upgraded to increase cleanliness of surrounding areas while maintaining even application of graphite.
All wetted parts are stainless steel.
Standard coating rate is 2.25” / second
Hardened chain exit conveyor.
Heavy duty construction, rugged design.
Diverter mechanisms can be added to direct parts to one of multiple exit chutes.
Chutes will direct billets to the good parts bin(s) and/or reject bin(s).
Appropriate protective guarding.
Optional replaceable UHMW liners.
